  1. The use of tools in communication can be a hindrance to progress and also a plus to progress. I am currently using my phone to view and comment on issues in my e-mail. Its a challenge. Other web sites we can find info from is need your phone to be loaded with softwares which can open some of the fikes and access the info. frankly we do need to upgrade our skills of using e-learning tools. My advice would be to spend money and time at internet cafees and using our phones as either modems or as a tool to get to surf the net.

  2. For those who want innovative ways to using ICT tools go to www.eschoolnews.com and subscribe for free mail. This site will introduce you to different ways and tools to using the ICT in our school. The site is mostly filled with issues in education in the US. Try it, you won't regret it.

  3. To Thomas.
The tools that are absolete is something we can't run away from, however you can teach students of using softwares that do not alays want you to upgrade your Pc or Laptop like most from microsoft. Instead you can use programs from Linux and other coponies that are using freeware as well as open siurce software. This will limit them to use a lot of their money in purchasing softwares abg programs now and again. They can use their resources elsewhere
